Discover the past and present among the character filled scenes in miniature ; a dream,
a fantasy or reality. You, visitors, feel like gulliver in the lilliput land.
This unique museum housing hundreds of miniature models(1 :32 scale) and animated by plane,
trains, figurines. See Caesar’s army approaching a gaelic village, relive the days of the wild west
or the Renaissance.
Watch a colony of mutant ants going about their daily business.
Just some of the scenes which come to life with the marvellous animated scale models on display.
This took six years of hard work and opened in April 2002.

Near to Lake Vassiviere, an adventure park in the trees for the whole family to enjoy.
There are four colour routes to follow, starting with the childrens level and working to the hard black
section (children will need an adult to complete the black section)
The whole course takes around two hours.
The equipment for the practice of the activity is provided: harnesses, lanyards with carabiners,
pulley (guaranteed to CE standards in force) installed and checked daily by the centre.

The Moulin du Got,Is the last remaining vestige of the considerable papermaking activity in
the Limousin. It was built during the C15th to make paper and continued to do so until it was closed
down in the middle of the C20th.
This mill, situated on the Tard river, a tributary of the Vienne, is to the west of Saint Leonard de
Noblat has seen generations of paper-makers making sheets of rag paper by hand,
primarily for printers in Paris.
From 1850, during the Industrial Revolution, the mill was converted to make wrapping paper from straw
After the Second World War the Moulin du Got started to produce rolled cardboard, used to make
doll’s heads, masks or rocking horses. But then a new material appeared, plastic,
and bit-by-bit this took the place of cardboard and the mill finally closed in 1954.
